Automotive Investment Castings

Automotive investment castings are manufactured via the lost-wax investment casting process. This technology enables near-net-shape production of intricate auto parts that cannot be easily made by forging or machining alone. These castings exhibit excellent surface quality, stable dimensional accuracy and good air tightness. Typical products include turbine housing, turbine wheel, flange yoke, rocker arm and other critical automotive powertrain and chassis components. Multiple stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and alloy steel grades are available to satisfy high-temperature, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant service demands.
