Sand Casting

Sand casting is a commonly used metal casting process. Molten metal is poured into a mold cavity made of sand, and the casting is obtained after the metal cools and solidifies. Its process usually includes pattern making, sand mixing, molding, mold assembling, pouring, shakeout, cleaning and inspection.
