Bale Spears are core components in agricultural bale handling. They are typically mounted via flanges or bolts to the rear suspension of tractors, the bucket of loaders, or the end of the boom of specialized handling machinery. Materials primarily consist of 45# tempered steel, 65Mn spring steel, or chromium-molybdenum alloy, with some high-end models featuring surface hardening treatment (HRC 45-55 hardness). These components provide high-strength puncture resistance, bending deformation resistance, and wear resistance. Their working principle involves using a conical tip to concentrate pressure, puncturing dense bales such as hay bales and silage bales. Mechanical lifting then enables an integrated "grab-handle-stacking" operation, increasing efficiency by 3-5 times compared to traditional rope binding. They are suitable for bales weighing 50-2000 kg.
